Allina Francis Africa is an independent built environment practice offering hands on approach to delivering successful projects across the Public and Private sectors with projects ranging from commercial, retail, industrial, hotel and leisure, mixed use land developments and Oil projects.

The practice is managed by competent, qualified and registered professionals with vast work experience spanning over ten (10) years in the built environment. Its founder and Managing Group Associate, Mayiji Nyikosa, is a Professional Construction Project Manager and Architect. He specialises in Development Planning and Construction project management of capital projects. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree, BArch, Masters of Science in Building with specialty in Construction Project Management, MSc (Bldg) (Proj.Mngt) and Professional Certificate in Public and Development Management, PCPM, both from the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits).

The experience gained through working with global companies such as Ove Arup (Pty) ltd and Murray and Roberts Engineering Solutions (Pty) ltd, were he worked as an Architect, Project Engineer and Project Manager prior to founding Allina Francis Africa, brings and adds value to the firm and client satisfaction of services we deliver.

The firm was established with a view to becoming a major player in the Construction Industry in the provisioning of professional services in the fields of Building Design (Architecture), Construction Project Management and Facilities Management. 

We aim to help Clients meet their business needs by adding value through technical excellence, efficient organization and personal services. We strive for excellence and to deliver our client projects on time, within budgets, of quality and safety standards.
